The Clinicians’ Collab Membership
The most important membership for your practice and yourself
Clinicians’ Collab brings together dedicated, experienced clinician’s practicing in related fields. We come together for sharing practice experiences, getting clinical advice, finding support, collaborating with other professionals.
We all have unique education and experiences, and we all want to help our clients live healthier and happier lives. By coming together we can combine our knowledge, support, and experiences to elevate our own work in the world.
The Specifics
There are several opportunities each month to come together via Live video.
Clinical Rounds – Similar to our clinic or supervision days, clinical rounds will allow us to share tricky client cases, get advice, discuss new research, compare protocols, and more. Twice monthly, you will get a chance to discuss with a group of 4-5 other aligned practitioners.
Collab Meetings – Our entire membership will come together once monthly to discuss collaboration ideas, and then within break out rooms you will get a chance to network with other practitioners within the same or different field, create referral networks, or those looking to join forces in some way.
Business Building Brainstorms – Once monthly, all members will come together for a workshop style meeting to discuss ways to grow our businesses. Each meeting will present a specific topic and have time for individual questions and feedback on your idea or project.
Plus, a private forum: We have our own private forum (hosted on the Clinician’s Collab website) to continue conversations from the meetings, ask new questions, etc.
All members must try to attend the Clinical Rounds to maintain consistency with their group. The other meetings are optional.
BONUS!
$75 per month for the first 20 members who join by April 2024!
Cost
$125 per month
or $300 for 3 months
Who is this membership for?
Experienced practitioners in complementary health fields using diet and lifestyle as primary “tools” to help clients
To make the clinical rounds as useful as possible, members must have some similarity in training and practice, as well as experience working with clients.
If you use food and lifestyle as prominent “tools” to help clients then we all have a similar foundation. Modalities in addition to food and lifestyle are definitely welcome, such as ayurveda or TCM focused, herbalism, movement, acupuncture, breathwork, energy medicine and more.
Qualifications:
a degree in your field (BS, MS, PhD, or similar)
certification in your field, as needed to practice (such as CNS, RD, CCN, NCCAOM, L.Ac., RH)
2 years of experience with clients
currently working with clients
(you do NOT need to own your own practice – if you work in a clinic, group, or other setting, that is great too!)
Frequently Asked Questions
Learn How it Works!
When can I start?
New groups start on or after the first of each month. You can sign up for the membership any time during the month, but the meetings won’t start until the 1st (you also won’t be charged until then). This is to keep the groups consistent during the month.
When are the Clinical Rounds meetings?
There are several times available during the week – in the evenings, at lunch time, and on Saturday mornings. When you sign up, you will get a link to the calendar so you can choose your group time. If there is not a time that works for you, we can open another meeting time that works better. Your clinical rounds will be the same time for both meetings (such as Wednesday at 5pm, week one and week three of the month.)
Who will be in my group?
During your first month, group members will be matched based on availability. After the first month, members can remain in the same group or join a new one.
You will also have the opportunity to meet other practitioners in the Collab and business meetings, so you can choose to create your own group time as well.
What if I can't make a meeting?
We ask that you try your hardest to attend the clinical rounds meetings. These are small groups and rely on members helping each other. However, if you can’t attend please let your group know via email.
Meetings are not recorded nor are make up dates available.
How do I know if my certifications qualify?
All memberships begin with a short 20-minute interview to briefly review education and experience, as well as for you to ask questions. We can discuss any concerns or thoughts during this call! However, if you’ve had extensive multi-year training in your field and had to prove your training through testing, client-facing apprenticeship, or similar, then your certifications likely qualify.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel prior to the 1st of any month. Memberships autorenew on the 1st of the month, so send a brief email before the first to stop auto renew. Refunds are not possible after the 1st or if you have already attended a meeting. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact me anytime!
